Port Pneumatic Grain Ship Unloader

Pneumatic grain conveyor is composed of the high pressure blower, air flow control valve, separator tube, air locker, connecting pipe, suction nozzle and conveying pipelines and other components.

Its working principle is negative pressure air stream generated by the high pressure blower though the suction nozzle, suctioning the materials into the hose tube, then materials through the separation tube, air and material separated, material fell off into the air locker downward, then materials will be conveyed to the required place by positive pressure air flow. The air separated will go into the blower through the separator tube or the dust collector.

Features

There are various operation modes, including single suction operation mode, single pressure operation mode and mixed suction operation mode, which can be selected according to different customers and operation requirements. 

Compact structure, complete functions, the design of the whole machine has fully considered the needs of user groups. 

The whole machine is installed on the walking frame with automatic walking function.

Using the current advanced, reliable wireless remote control device, the equipment can be easily operated within a radius of 150 meters. 

Impedance composite silencing is used to minimize the noise. 

The pulse cloth bag is used for fine filtration and dust removal, and the dust discharge is far lower than the discharge standard. 

A novel and practical automatic regulating and stabilizing valve is designed to protect the fan and reduce the rate of material damage.

The telescopic pipe of the suction pipe arm is equipped with a safety anti-slip device, and the pitching adopts a hydraulic safety lock device.

Application Scope 

Pneumatic grain conveyor is mainly used in warehouse, grain processing plant, small tonnage wharf, used for suction and discharge of bulk granular materials, such as wheat, rice, corn, rapeseed, soybean, cottonseed, feed, etc., can also be promoted for unloading of granular fertilizer, plastic, cement, etc., especially suitable for warehouse material in and out of the warehouse transfer operation.
